"...These guys have a really nice sound. It’s hard to describe. Sometimes It’s jazzy, but there’s a old school (70s) pop feel at times as well...(the) opening number, Flowers, reminds me of bands like Everything But the Girl. It’s pop, but has a nice jazzy vibe too...I really like The Last Line. The keyboard really adds s a cool element. It reminds me of the songs I listened to when I was a kid..."

Indie Music Sampler, a podshow out of Oregon run by a gracious fellow named Paul, played "roll the dice" on the most recent podcast.

A podcast out of Ireland called Playlist Mix played our song SHADOW...they feature six songs per show, from anywhere around the globe! SHADOW is off of GBK's first album...you can hear it on the MUSIC page.

Bartycast, a podcast out of New Hampshire, played 12 Hours (this is a song off of my first album, A FAN OF TANGERINE) last week! He only played five songs, and mine came directly after The Fuckers. Awesome.

Tomorrow we're going in to Studio C, SF to track live bass and drums for the last four songs on the new CD...Dave Tweedie is going to play drums and Jim Greer will be on bass...the songs are Kites, Adeline, Ordinary Man and Days Full of Flowers.

Great news today. A podcast out of Essex, UK called Ramdom Thoughts played MAGAZINE GIRL! This is really cool because the Ramdom Thoughts podcast - (show 61) - plays mashups, remixes & just one podsafe track. The track Scott Johnson chose was Magazine Girl! Thanks Scott/Ramdom Thoughts!
